Eryn Kalo believes in a sustainable world. To reduce our environmental impact, we have instilled a four staged eco-friendly promise throughout our organisation - Accountability, Responsibility, Transparency and Environmentalism.
It is our moral and ethical duty to inspire our fellowship to embrace solitude, while affording future generations the same opportunity.

ACCOUNTABILITY
What does accountability mean?
Accountability is a facet of governance that necessitates both private and public organisations to retain ownership of their actions. Particularly within the fashion industry, accountability involves the proactive measurement of an establishment's operations to their stakeholders and the wider environment throughout their production. We openly share our accountability policy - from initial design work through to distribution.
How do we attain accountability?
Eryn Kalo cares for everyone. This includes our current and future environment. Accordingly, we have set clear and objective sustainability goals that have enabled us to devise a responsible strategy and appropriate action plan that focuses on waste reduction - primarily achieved through package optimisation and streamlined distribution. This means that everything that goes into our products meets the standards of ethical and preservative behaviour, concentrated on the use of recyclable and eco-friendly materials.
RESPONSIBILITY
What does responsibility mean?
Responsibility focuses on the specific direction needed to pursue in order to achieve a specified outcome. Here, responsibility involves the individual and collective. Eryn Kalo believes that all stakeholders within the fashion industry have an inherent responsibility to share sustainability concerns. Our values and internal processes reflect our incessant drive for environmental change and actionable strategies for sustainability.

How do we attain responsibility?
By establishing a clear code of ethics throughout our organisation, the standards at which we operate are visibly outlined. This ensures that all of our business activities create value for our stakeholders and provides clear guidelines for any prospective collaborators. Consequently, our business network purely consists of operators that share the same moral values as ourselves. Additionally, while our organisation is proud of our current achievements, we recognise that true support of sustainable development entails an exponential process of continuous development. Thus, Eryn Kalo strives on proactivity and enterprising behaviour to meet the dynamic nature of environmental change.
TRANSPARENCY
What does transparency mean?
Eryn Kalo encourages individuals to demonstrate honesty, integrity and self-worth. Alongside this, Eryn Kalo relishes in the candid nature of personal development. This is not something we simply promote. We live by this. Accordingly, we believe that operating under a transparent lens is essential to providing greater insight into our operations, while affording others the opportunity to dispense constructive feedback in areas that we may improve.

We operate with a notable intolerance of duplicity throughout our organisation. We believe that this is an essential proponent of our committed fellowship and strong business relationships. We achieve this through clear goal-orientations and an expectation of morality from our internal and external stakeholders. Equally, we have instilled an open policy throughout our organisation that creates actionable strategies to improve our value chain activities. ENVIRONMENTALISM
What does environmentalism mean?
Environmentalism is concerned with the promotion and protection of environmental improvement. Within the fashion industry, the lack of ecological practices has become increasingly apparent. To foster an enhanced sustainable landscape, we continue to collaborate with eco-friendly practices in order to reduce our carbon footprint and overall environmental impact.
How do we attain environmentalism?
All of our products have been manufactured with contemporary fabrication. This means that the materials used in our production are environmentally friendly - sourced with the intention of emission reduction. Meanwhile, where possible, our packaging comprises biodegradable and recyclable materials. Eryn Kalo continues to seek streamlined production methods that benefit our fellowship and the natural environment.
