Can I amend an order once it has been placed?

We work as efficiently as we can to send out incoming orders! Should you wish to cancel your order, we will try our very best to accommodate your needs. Although, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

To avoid disappointment, we advise you to place another order or return/exchange the item(s) that you receive.

Shortly after placing your order, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email. This should arrive to your main email inbox. However, please check your spam inbox too.

We recommend that you add customerservice@erynkalo.com to your contact list to avoid the latter.

We will let you know when your order has been dispatched by sending you a "Dispatch Confirmation" email! 
 
This email contains all tracking information and an estimated time of arrival for your order.

My parcel is missing an item(s). What should I do?

Each parcel will contain a receipt of your order. Please ensure that all item(s) included in the receipt have been sent to you.
